DELIVERY
Service areas: we ship anywhere in Canada (all provinces and territories).
Lead times: our accessories are shipped by our partner suppliers—please allow an average of 7 to 15 business days between your order and delivery. Each product page specifies its estimated lead time.
Fees: calculated based on your order and clearly displayed before payment. Good news: shipping is free for all orders of $49 or more.
Tracking: as soon as your package ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
RETURNS
Timeframe: you have 30 days after receipt to request a return.
Conditions: unused product, in its original packaging.
Procedure:
1) write to us via the Contact page indicating your order number;
2) we will confirm the return address;
3) mail the package;
4) upon receipt and verification, we will refund you within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or incorrect product: contact us within 14 days with a photo—immediate replacement or refund, your choice.
